2015 WW McAllen Rayburn Jocelyn DeLeon

Essential Learning Systems (ELS) facilitator Tami Martinez of Rayburn Elementary School in McAllen, Texas, recently wrote to us about another of her remarkable students, Jocelyn DeLeon:

Jocelyn is a fifth grade student who attends the CEI Lab daily and always tries to excel in her lessons. Even though I have only known Jocelyn for a year, I have found her to be a wonderful and responsible student. She always walks in with a positive attitude and is willing to work.

Jocelyn started attending the CEI Lab last year on May 20, 2014. Since then, she has made a tremendous progress. She is currently working on Level 2, Lesson 39, with an average [lesson] score of 96.

"My grades have improved in the classroom, and I feel it's because of the lessons here in the lab," Jocelyn says. "I have gained new vocabulary, and I feel more confident in school."

I see Jocelyn as a bright, energetic fifth grade student with a bright future. With her enthusiasm and determination, Jocelyn is sure to succeed in the future!

We believe your future is bright, too, Jocelyn!
