“Carlos has grown into such a wonderful young man while he’s been with us,” shared Dottie Campbell, Director of Trinity Dyslexia Center in Meridian, Mississippi. “He’s always polite, and he works very hard on his lessons. He comes in with a smile and is ready to work.
“This spring, he took a short break from the program to take advantage of tutoring sessions offered at his school,” Dottie recalled. “The sessions helped students prepare for the third grade reading assessment. We were all excited to hear that he passed the test with very good scores. We were also glad that he returned to finish out the year with us. He also did well on our end-of-year assessment. His Instructional Reading level was 5.3, and his Comprehension was 4.3. We think that those are outstanding scores — especially for a third-grader. Congratulations, Carlos!”
We think they’re outstanding scores, too. And we are so proud of Carlos!
