Upon purchasing a subscription, you will receive an email with the software download information and the login credentials for your learner. You will also receive an electronic copy of the ELSO™ User’s Guide and suggestions for helping make the ELSO experience a successful one.
If you find that your student continues to struggle, our support team is available via email. Each team member understands the program and, if necessary, can modify some of the settings to help your learner achieve success.
