Essential Learning Systems™ (ELS™) uses a combination of software and one-on-one coaching to customize instruction and meet each student’s individual needs. The program’s data management system helps make that individualization possible. The management system also makes managing and communicating student progress easier by giving you access to a number of settings and features, including:
- Teacher login and personal information
- Student login and personal information, including birthdate, grade, home language, and PEIMS classification
- Lesson, task sequence, and parameter and preference selection
- Details about the work the student has completed in the lab
- Numerous reports, including student lists, lesson printouts, and progress summaries
- Storage and reporting of lesson worksheets
- Storage and reporting of third party assessment scores
- Automated system for creating and/or restoring backups
